Veolia has a longstanding presence in Northern Ireland and we continue to share our knowledge with businesses in Northern Ireland. As part of this, we will be taking part in two business focused events this October and November.
Green Economy Showcase
GEMX is an industry-led collaborative network of innovative companies and educational institutes in the North West of Northern Ireland which is supported by Invest Northern Ireland. Their aim is to inspire and generate engineering and manufacturing excellence.
On 22 October, GEMX is organising the Green Economy Showcase. This event is all about embracing sustainability within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Veolia has been invited to speak at this event to share our approach to helping our customers to be more sustainable.
We will be sharing practical examples of how our on-site teams help our customers to improve their environmental footprint. This includes the efficient management of industrial utilities, wastewater treatment and improved recycling.
Meet the Buyer 2024
The Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce is holding a Meet the Buyer event on 7 November. Veolia is participating in this event alongside major Northern Ireland organisations such as Belfast City Council, MJM Marine, Translink, NI Water and Choice Housing Association.
Among the services the 150 attendees want to discuss are renewable energy, energy conservation and sustainability along with planned/reactive maintenance programmes and waste management. All of which are right up our street.
Participating in this event will allow us to share examples of how we help our customers to be more sustainable.
